I have just conducted our first group to the wonderful ‘Villa Can Amonita’ above Benirras Beach in the natural, quiet, north of Ibiza. As well as being a well-deserved rest from the stresses of daily life it also gave us the opportunity to explore ourselves through Pilates, Movement, Yoga and Therapies and to be at peace with ourselves and each other. I will shortly be announcing dates for later in the year.

I love Vanessa’s Pilates classes I attend in Wimbledon. They’re pitched perfectly and within a few weeks I felt a million times better – my mum even commented on the improvement in my posture.
The sessions are a wonderful antidote to the daily hours in front of the screen. You learn how to strengthen your core and posture. You re-learn how to freely stretch and balance, twist and turn, bend and lift. All with a sense of fun! And then you just take it all away with you to put into real life practice.
Vanessa’s Pilates Classes have really improved my core strength and flexibility. Since starting Pilates, I’ve noticed a real change in my body shape and my posture. Pilates makes me more aware of the way I hold myself and gives me a general sense of being in charge of my body! Vanessa’s classes are always well planned and varied – so there’s no chance of being bored by repetition. She explains and demonstrates exercises very clearly – and clarifies which muscle groups are being worked on. The relaxation sessions at the end of each class leave me feeling that mind, body and spirit are all in harmony.
